2013 Eco Chic Craftacular Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in our 5th annual Art & Craft Fair!
Please note there is a non-refundable $10 application fee which does not guarantee acceptance as a vendor. All fees (application and show) are due up-front via Paypal. In the event that your application is not accepted, show fees will be refunded. Incomplete applications or partial fee payments may void your submission. Applications close without exception on Feb 22, 2013.
Acceptance notifications will be issued by March 4, 2013. Event will run from 10am to 7pm on Saturday, May 4, 2013. Your acceptance email will include further details concerning set up/tear down, swag bags and raffle prize donations.
